IMPORTANT (.eu funded project domain names - guidance on changes to be made ahead of 1 January 2021)
We would like to draw your attention to the following UK Government advice https://www.gov.uk/guidance/eu-domain-names-what-you-need-to-do-before-the-end-of-the-transition-period
It states, from the 1 January 2021 (at the end of the transition period) you can no longer register or renew .eu domain names if your 'organisation, business or undertaking' is established in the UK but not in the EU/European Economic Area (EEA)'.
It continues, stating, that if you already have a .eu domain you should check the eligibility criteria as set out in Article 4 (2)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 733/2002, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/517 and seek legal advice if necessary.
If this relates to your project website the above guidance will tell you what you need to do ahead of 1 January 2021.

Important information
Please ensure you read the terms and conditions document listed at the bottom of this page.
Lead Partners please note that when submitting a Project Progress Reports to SEUPB for reimbursement all FLC Certificates for that period must be attached. Without the FLC certificate the SEUPB cannot progress your claim for expenditure.
Please note that each project partner is now required to submit a forecast of the expected claim value to be submitted for each period for the duration of the project within their Partner Progress Report within eMS. It is the responsibility of the lead partner to review all partner forecasts prior to submitting the project report to JS. If the lead partner feels that the partner forecast is unachievable they should revert the report back to the partner for amendment.
